2025 was a remarkable year for the HillTop Lodges, filled with fellowship, learning, and charitable achievements. From traditional celebrations and educational Joint Lodge of Instruction sessions to vibrant social events and historic pilgrimages, our lodges demonstrated the true spirit of Freemasonry—integrity, friendship, respect and service. Burns Night Supper
A bumper crowd attended the annual Burns Night Supper in Stow-on-the-Wold, raising £893 for charity through raffles and gift aid. Guests enjoyed traditional festivities, toasts, and music.

Armed Forces Covenant Veterans’ Meal
The inaugural Freemason Veterans’ Meal at Imjin Barracks brought together Military Freemasons and Veterans to celebrate camaraderie and strengthen ties between the Armed Forces and Freemasonry - We are proud that HillTop members are taking a leading roll building a Veterans network in Gloucestershire.

Curry, Quizzes & Giggles
The Prince of Wales Lodge hosted its first Quiz and Curry Night, attracting 42 guests and raising £250 for Ride 25.

JLOI – Not for Fools!
The Hilltop Lodges held their 9th Joint Lodge of Instruction, focusing on the Second Degree and reinforcing ritual excellence.

Northern Lodges & The Power of the Collective
The three lodges - The Prince of Wales, Chipping Campden and Sudeley Castle, showcased their individuality and collective strength through social events, raising funds and strengthening family involvement. April was a bumper weekend when the three lodges held 3 separate and distinct events on the same evening.

The HillTop Lodges gathered for their Formal Summer JLOI, featuring guest speaker W. Bro Mike Neville, raising £200 for charity.

A Historic Pilgrimage – Kilwinning & Burns Cottage
Hilltop representatives visited Mother Lodge Kilwinning No. 0 and Burns Cottage, celebrating Freemasonry’s heritage.

Over 100 attendees enjoyed a BBQ and family fun day, raising £1,800 for Ride 26.

3rd HillTop Open Day
The HillTop Lodges opened the doors of the Stow-on-the-Wold Masonic Centre to the public, promoting openness and understanding.

When the Hilltop Lodges Came Down to Chipping Campden
Brethren from Hilltop lodges visited Chipping Campden Lodge to witness a 3rd Degree ceremony, followed by warm fellowship at the festive board.

HillTop Lodges on Parade – Remembrance Sunday
22 Brethren from all three HillTop Lodges proudly joined the Remembrance Sunday parade alongside His Majesty’s Armed Forces and The Royal British Legion. The day concluded with a lunch at Brio, marking a memorable occasion of unity and respect.

Year-end HillTop JLOI
The HillTop Lodges closed the year with a memorable Joint Lodge of Instruction focused on the explanation of the 3rd Degree Tracing Board. Brethren gathered to deepen their understanding of its symbolism and significance, reinforcing the educational spirit of Freemasonry. As is tradition, the evening combined learning with laughter—fun was had, friendships strengthened, and the festive atmosphere reminded everyone why these sessions are such a cornerstone of our HillTop community.
