10th August 2024 - HillTop Lodges Open Day Stow on the Wold

10th August 2024 - The HillTop Lodges opened our doors to the general public on Saturday 10th August 2024.  The day started at 12 midday and finished at 3 pm.  During that time we welcomed in 50 visitors who where given an explanatory tour around our hall on Church Street, Stow on the Wold. Our visitors where also given an explanation on Freemason History, origins and our values of Individual Integrity, Friendship, Mutual Respect and Service to our local community.  

Service to our local community is very important to Freemasons in general and particularly to the HillTop Lodges and our visitors where able to meet with representatives from Bourton Rovers youth football team, the Scouts and Kate's Carers who are just some of the local organizations supported by HillTop Freemasons. 

The Widows Sons from around the Province added to the colour and noise of the open day and it was wonderful to have our Biker Brethren support us in such great force.

As ever, a lot of tea and coffee was needed to keep the vocal cords in good order!

A special thanks to our 'door men' who managed NOT to scare visitors away!

Well done to the team who set up the stalls inside - as you can see, Brethren making sure they are ready prior to opening.
