13 Sept 2023 -Quarterly Communication of UGLE held at the International Conference Centre, Newport, Wales

W. Bro Charles and W. Bro Brian flying the POW flag at the Quarterly Communication of UGLE held at the International Conference Centre, Newport, Wales on the 13th Sept 2023. It was the first such Quarterly Communication held away from Great Queen Street since before WW2! It was attended by nigh on 1200 masons, with a goodly contingent attending from the Province of Gloucestershire.
